Estate, comprised of several structures. The total project included 964 total lineal feet of
walls, and 385 lineal feet of curved walls with wall heights of 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 feet tall. The
primary building includes a large concrete safe room. This multi-faceted structure has two
garages, which are separated from the main foundation area, but attached by second story
framing. This created a Porte-cochere with an automobile court connecting the garages. The
project also included 275 feet of retaining walls.

and voted on by industry experts as well as many of the 50,000 attendees at the World of Concrete
convention in Las Vegas. The award is given each year by the Concrete Foundations Association
of North America for the best basement of the year project.
